Angelica Maria Vale Hartman (also known as Angelica Vale) is a Mexican American singer, actress, impersonator, radio host and comic. Angelica Maria Vale Hartman was also the child of comedians Raul Vale, and Angelica Maria La Novia De Mexico. She is credited with launching La Balada Ranchera, a music genre that reached the top of charts in 1973 and led Angelica Maria to become the first Latin artist to sell two millions of records in the United States. She also fell in love with Venezuelan singer/comedian Raul Vale whom she married in April 1975. This was the first wedding to be telecast in Mexico.
